Rev Howard Davenport 

Howard is a career pastor with a deep passion for introducing people to Jesus and helping them engage with the Bible and the Holy Spirit. His leadership is rooted in relationship, prayer, and a desire to see lives transformed by God’s presence.

Rev Nicole Le Goupillot 

Nicole serves as our Associate Pastor, bringing a rich background in pastoring, education, and leadership. Known for her wisdom, humility, and generosity, Nicole is an excellent communicator who helps guide our church with clarity and compassion.

Emma Davenport

Emma serves on our Children’s Team, Admin Team, and Safeguarding Team. Her care and attention help create a safe, welcoming environment for families and visitors alike. Emma plays a vital role behind the scenes, ensuring our church runs smoothly and responsibly.

May Haines

May works in finance and helps keep our international church family connected. Her behind-the-scenes work supports the wider mission of Eldad and strengthens our global relationships

Martyn Langlois
Martyn is part of our Finance Team and brings senior management experience from the import/export sector. He also helps keep our church buildings up to date and functioning well, ensuring Eldad remains a safe and welcoming space for all who visit.

Hannah Brehaut
Hannah keeps our building running smoothly and looking its best, making sure it’s always ready to welcome visitors. Her work in tech and maintenance is vital to our hospitality. She also works in retail with Creaseys.

Mo Brehaut
Mo is passionate about prayer and the prophetic, and leads one of our home groups with wisdom and warmth. A gifted Bible teacher and our Church Secretary, Mo brings clarity and depth to both spiritual and practical matters. He also works in import/export here in Guernsey.

Scott Brehaut
Scott leads our worship team with passion and purpose, helping the church encounter God through music and praise. He brings creativity and leadership to our Sunday gatherings and works professionally in finance.

Michelle Brehaut
Michelle has spent over 20 years helping children and young people discover everyday faith. Now retired, she continues to care deeply for others in her role as our Pastoral Deacon, offering support and encouragement to many.

Richmond Boachie
Richmond is part of our finance team and brings a deep love for both prayer and preaching. His thoughtful approach and spiritual insight enrich our church life. He also works in the finance sector.

Rufaro Gambiza
Rufaro is a keen Bible student with a heart for prayer. She serves on our finance team and brings both spiritual depth and practical skill to her role. Her commitment to growing in faith is an inspiration.

Paula La Marre
Paula is from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and has many years of experience with YWAM. She leads our children’s work with warmth and creativity.

Jacob La Marre

Jacob grew up in Guernsey and, after years with YWAM, has returned with his wife Paula. He leads our youth ministry, DISCOVERY, and is passionate about supporting young people.

Steve Hutchison
Steve leads our Safeguarding Team with diligence and care, helping ensure Eldad Church remains a safe and trusted space for all. With a background in teaching and football refereeing, Steve brings clarity, fairness, and a deep sense of responsibility to his role.
